Waynetown - Ceaser Simpson, 81 of Waynetown died at 9:38 a.m. Thursday in Culver Union Hospital.  Mr. Simpson worked as a mechanic for International Harvester. He lived in Waynetown his entire life and was the first successful ceasarian section birth at Culver.  He was a lifetime member of Waynetown Baptist Church and was a graduate of Waynetown High School.  He was born April 14, 1911 in Culver to George W. and Bessie Babb Simpson. He first married Mildred O. Underwood in 1934. She died in 1970. He then married Blanche Bradshaw in 1972. She survives. Also surviving are a son, Bill E of Indianapolis; five daughters, Mrs. David (Janet) Bennett of New Market; Mrs. Clayton (Ida) Swift of Brownsburg and Mrs. Delbert (Charlene) Baird, Mrs. Bill (Marge) Latimer and Mrs. Myron (Pat_ Lockman all of Indianapolis; a brother, Ralph Allen of Cleveland; 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday in Cramer-Shoemaker Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Ron Raffignone officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home 4-8 Saturday. - kbz
